Combined they run a total of about 700 flight schedules daily. The Salt Lake City International Airport, which is the gateway to Park City is an ultra modern airport with three runways and is served daily by about 17 airlines consistently. Most guests to Park City will arrive through the Salt lake City International Airport and getting to the resort town takes only some 30 to 35 minutes. There is also the Airport II in West Jordan as well as the Toole Valley Airport that are also run by the same department together with all their general aviation facilities in the state of Utah. I'd definitely recommend checking out the different prices - especially if you have a large group, it might not cost much extra to get a private ride, and then you can travel on your own schedule.Getting to Park City Resort is no big deal thanks to the availability of one international airport and several others which are managed by the Salt Lake City Department of Airports which is a state corporation. pickup as a result.īottom line - we got our rides both ways - but if All Resorts had communicated their policies better to us in advance, we might have gone with a private ride instead. and that the driver might then still be picking up as many as 4 or 5 other groups, so we couldn't count on getting to the airport before 8:20 a.m. However, when I called the evening before to confirm, a different agent said that there is a 20-minute window, so a 7 a.m. pickup because the agent on the phone told us it would get to the airport by 7:40 a.m. For the return trip, we had booked a 7 a.m. Pick-ups to return to the airport are booked only on the hour. It ended up being 35 minutes, and I'm not sure why, because the other group that shared our van had been waiting for at least 20 of those minutes. Then once we arrived and checked in at the All Resorts Desk, we were told 25-30 minutes. The email confirmation said it would be a 15-20 minute wait. We booked by phone, because the online site was not working, and were told it would be a 10-15 minute wait once we arrived at the airport. We opted for the shared van, rather than a private ride, for the lower cost, and it generally worked out - but there were definitely issues with communication. We used All Resort's shared shuttle van service last week to go to Park City from the Salt Lake airport (and back).
